Enjoy a tropical home away from home in paradise! Our 2BR house sleeps up to 5 guests with plenty of room for cooking and relaxing. The house is in a quiet, secure complex with easy access to Playa Hermosa and Jaco. We offer a clean and comfortable space with a full kitchen, AC, cable HD TV, WiFi, 1.5 baths and laundry for longer rentals. Parking for 2 cars and pool access included. 5 minutes to the beach!

We are pleased to offer you a clean, functional space to enjoy with your family, friends or significant other. A kitchen you can actually cook in, with stainless steel pots and pans, American-style coffee maker, a new fridge and more. Reliable hot water in the shower, AC throughout the house, extra pillows on the bed, and real cotton sheets. Enjoy strong wifi, cable including HBO and a media box with tons of movies and even Netflix. We truly want you to feel at home. There are beds for 5 and we can add an inflatable mattress to accommodate a 6th person if needed.

We are in the hills just behind Playa Hermosa in a quiet complex. There is a pizza place and mini market just down the street, and other restaurants and bars are a short walk away. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and a quick ride to Jaco 5km away. We are minutes from great mountain trails and lookouts, including one right outside our back gate. Many other spectacular beaches and 2 National Parks are within a 15-45min drive.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Flavia (the owner) a message.

    If Flavia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
