Escape to this traditional style holiday rental, a spacious 3 bedroom villa that includes access to a communal heated pool and all amenities you could ask for. Located in the beautiful Fairway Village complex in Golf Del Sur, Tenerife. The lush lawn in the garden provides the perfect setting for sunbathing in nature’s tranquillity and enjoying alfresco meals with family and friends.

Situated on 2 levels, the large living area is complete with vaulted ceilings, and is a comfortable place to unwind and make use of the 48-inch TV with all international channels, also includes an adjoining dining area and patio doors leading to the garden. A fully equipped kitchen is included for cooking up a feast for the whole group. Bedroom 1 is particularly special, holds it’s own private balcony for an outdoor lifestyle. All rooms throughout are very spacious and both living area and bedroom 1 are fitted with air conditioning.

Outside, you will love the outdoor terrace and garden, with ample patio furniture, some shaded areas, a BBQ, and most importantly the centre of the garden is positioned in direct sunlight! You are also able to enjoy the communal areas including the large pool terrace with many sun loungers, pool bar/restaurant and an Italian pizzeria on-site aswell.

This accommodation is also ideal for golfers, the name of the resort “Golf Del Sur” is named after its fantastic golf courses throughout the resort and the Fairway complex itself is actually located adjacent to a golf course.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
