The country estate Montimar, with an area of ​​approx. 11000m², consists of 6 holiday houses and 4 apartments and is far away from the mass tourism on 580 height meters in the small mountain village Chio in the municipality Guia de Isora. The units are equipped with mobile or fixed radiators, as it can be cool in the winter months evenings. As a vacationer you will find here the peace and quiet you have earned throughout the year. A place to recharge your batteries. The estate offers a solar heated indoor pool, an integrated whirlpool, Kneipp pool and massage showers, an outdoor pool in the upper area of ​​the complex. The wellness area with sauna, waterbed, massage tables and massage tub will be open for you when you book a treatment. Next to the indoor pool is a covered yoga place. There is also a tennis court, garden chess, golf putting green, table tennis, children's play equipment and a pool table. The large Bedouin tent is a nice meeting place for all guests. Here we also offer a breakfast service for groups of 10 or more. In front of the tent there is a solid barbecue and other seating. The Finca Montimar is an ideal starting point for various hiking tours and the beaches in Playa San Juan and Playa de la Arena in Puerto Santiago are only a few minutes by car.

Great place for group accomodation

A group of 45 persons enjoyed the time in Finca Montimar. Clean rooms, friendly staff and lots of activities to do around the place. Recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
