If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer. The view of the modern architecture and elegant design is certainly feast for the eyes!

The living room is open plan and of contemporary style, extremely comfortable, inviting, and full of style. The TV includes all UK channels so you will not miss any of your favourite TV shows in this home away from home. Adjacent to the lounge is the diner and kitchen, the stunning kitchen comprises a breakfast bar and granite worktops. Fitted with ultra-modern appliances that can be used to prepare the most delicious home cooked meals ready to enjoy on the large dining table.

Indulge in the most comfortable and relaxing bedrooms which all have modern en suites that are in pristine condition. The colour of the bedrooms is soft and soothing white. Additionally, bedrooms 1 and 3 have private balconies. Those balconies provide the most amazing views of the ocean and surrounding scenery.

One of the most exciting features of this villa is the pool terrace which has a private heated pool and a jacuzzi. This area provides an amazing view of the sea and is the ultimate hang out spot to let the warm water caress your body as you cast your cares away.

The large outdoor space also facilitates outdoor dining for up to 14 people and an outdoor kitchen area, so fire up the BBQ while creating beautiful memories in such a lovely, warm and intimate setting. Whoever said games have to be restricted to the games room inside? Well not at this villa! You can enjoy the outdoor games area that includes a pool table, ping pong and table football.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
