If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer. We offer you this spacious 3 bedroom villa located in Costa Adeje close to Gran Sur shopping centre. The accommodation consists of stylish furniture with bright rooms and a homely decor. This villa is fully tiled throughout apart from the wooden flooring staircase. There is plenty of space both inside and outside the property. The large front terrace is perfect for sitting out of a night/evening in its cosy surroundings under the shaded pergola. This area also holds well maintained plants adding a fresh tropical feature to the terrace.

The ground floor of the property includes kitchen, 2 dining areas, WC, lounge, front and rear terraces. The fully tiled kitchen contains marble work surfaces and a dining room positioned just off the kitchen. The roomy lounge/diner has patio doors leading to the rear terrace. The rear terrace partially fitted with artificial grass has a comfortable chill out area with splendid views of the sea and mountains. It also has views across the whole resort down to the coastline of the south of Tenerife. Upstairs you will find all bedrooms and remaining bathrooms.

The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
