Description

Room with a view! A comfortable and tastefully furnished room, with its beautiful Italian bathroom for rent in the heart of Athens.

The room has a large furnished private terrace of 50m2, with the most amazing views of the Acropolis, the city and as far as the sea.

Fully equipped with bed linens and toilet facilities and a small fridge, TV and WIFI. It is located on the 8th floor of a modern building (elevator to the 7th) and is very quiet despite its location in the center of Athens.

There is a 20€ charge for check-ins after 8 pm.

Getting around

You can walk down to Psirri, Agia Irini Square and Gazi, which are Athens' hotspots and the place to go for restaurants, tavernas, bars and cafés. In Syntagma you will find banks, the central post office, as well as kiosks and pharmacies. You will also find the metro station, the tram station, bus stops and taxis, as well as the X95 bus to the airport. The metro will take you to the airport and to Piraeus. The tram and several bus lines will take you to the beach. You are ten minutes walk from fashionable Kolonaki, the chic area of Athens, and right next to Plaka and Monastiraki.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
