The Seagrape Escape has a HUGE Screened-in porch & is ON-the-SAND! It comes with * WIFI * 4 bikes * kayaks * Paddle boards * water toys * beach games* hammocks * beach towels * 2 outdoor showers * fully equipped kitchen * wonderful swing bed on the huge screened-in porch * great climbing trees * ping-pong table * fantastic swimming beach *

Come enjoy this colorful family friendly house that sleeps 6 in 4 beds (8 with the pull-out sofa) Do you have more than 8? or 2 families?

You can also rent Casa Beya, the house next door: a funky bridge connects the 2 houses, and wha-la! Enough beds for 15!!

The Seagrape Escape is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open-air designed house that has a huge wrap around screened-in porch which connects to both bedrooms. The lower deck has 4 chaise loungers & a Ping Pong table. On the beach are 4 more loungers, 2 outdoor showers, hammocks, sand toys (corn hole & ladder ball), shade under the seagrape trees, and a short walk to the dock over the water.

This house is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends who want play on the beach, snorkel, kayak, dive, explore the ruins, hike in the jungle...or do nothing in the hammocks under the huge Seagrape trees on the beach.

Come have many memorable sun-drentched adventures in Belize while staying in this ideal beach house!

Maya Beach area is a quiet community with a market, a bowling alley and several small resorts for your dining pleasure! The house is 8 mi. from the Placencia Village, 6 mi from the Placencia airstrip and 100 yds south from The Maya Beach Hotel & Bistro.

How do damage deposits work?
