From the owner

Villa Divina is new built Villa ****Plus property, opening year 2014 with private outdoor POOL, consist of three 2Bedroom (ca. 95m2) and three 1-bedroom apartments (ca. 60 m2). Villa is situated in the small beautiful village Marusici, 1 st row just above the sea and a private beach (small rise), in quiet place. It has a outstanding free panoramic sea view from the terrace, extra big terraces and access to different beaches in less 70 m distance, also to the private beach situated just under Villa leading to the crystal clear turquoise sea.

Every room has it own 6 m2 bathroom and air conditioning, and also extra toilette for your guests. Outdoor pool plus BBQ- Lounge area are exclusively on disposal for all guests of Villa Divina. In ground floor are the place where all the guests have their place to get together and relax. We (family Zuzul) have 23 years experience in tourism and this new Villa should be our best project so far.

WiFi internet, fitness room are free of charge and without any restrictions. Each apartment has free parking with video survaillance.

Restaurant and grocery are in 100 m distance from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Family (the owner) a message.

If Family (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
