From the owner

Located in the heart of the city of Molière in Pézenas The monastery welcomes you with its four lovely apartments for weekly rentals or weekend. Each apartment is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, and each has a private garden access. The property has been modernized but retains many original features and atmosphere of the convent. You will discover works carved in metal and paintings, by artists and artisans of the region. The apartment is an area around 110 sqm, spacious sleeping 6 people. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a living room overlooking a terrace and private garden and separate toilet. On the first floor a mezzanine with twin beds and a living room or office area. On the second floor two bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. Layout: 1 mezzanine with 1 bed 2 places in 140 or 2 twin beds or sofa. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 places 160 with bathroom (bath and shower) 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 places in 180 or 2 twin beds with bathroom (shower) If you stay at a summer you will probably the opportunity to enjoy the barbecue installed on the private terrace with its garden furniture and access to the pool.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gîtes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
