Sunset Villa is located just two minutes' walk from the beach, in the well sought-after area of Pernera near Protaras. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a genuine 3-4 minutes walk from a wide variety of bars and restaurants in Pernera. Ayia Napa and Paralimni are only 10 minutes away by taxi/car.

The villa benefits from its own private pool.

An open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with beautiful marble floors throughout. It is furnished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning/heating throughout. The TV offers you a wide range of films, sports, news, childrens channels etc with the attached android box, plus the satellite. All electricity, gas and air conditioning included in the price .No charge for WIFI connection.

A patio overlooks the pool and is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine at fresco.

Outside you can spend the days lounging around the pool and enjoy dining outside with food served straight off the BBQ.

With one double and one twin bedroom (each fitted with solid wooden furniture, traditional style iron bedsteads and balconies) and two bathrooms, one en suite, plus a downstairs cloakroom, the villa is ideal for families, friends or couples. An additional bed/travel cot can be supplied for a child if required and/or up to 2 persons can be accommodated on the sofa bed.

There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay; from lazing on the beach to scuba-diving, horse-riding and waterskiing.

A beautifully designed promenade allows easy-walking., roller-blading etc along the water's edge to nearby Protaras and Blue Bay. Relax on one of the many benches and absorb the tranquility of the med either in the shade or under the stars by night.

The villa next door is also on my books so ideal for larger families/friends wishing to holiday together.

Therefore, it is important that if you rent a villa with a swimming pool, that you and the rest of your party do not put yourselves at risk by using the pool unsafely. For example, swimming alone, or under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Dear Marie, feedback is always welcomed and your review has been read by the owner and she has asked me to reply with the following: The owner is upset to have only a 2 star review as she feels she takes alot of time and spends alot of money each year on the villa for improvements. For this year she has bought: * A new liner pool * new sun beds * new patio table & chairs * new movable umbrella * new refrigerator * new linens & towels * new bath mats * new faster WIFI * new android box, which the support is on line with team viewer. * new bed covers * new water glasses * new kitchen towels She also provides a full welcome pack (wines (small bottles) beer, soft drinks, croissants) eggs, bacon, orange juice, milk, water, bread) She also offered a midweek clean. She says that the villa is laid out how she feels it should look, which has always been a pleasure to her other guests who have left 5 star reviews. She is sorry that you have not enjoyed your stay this time.

How do damage deposits work?
