Description

This newlly built luxury villa with private heated pool plus a studio is situated in Pefkos, Near Lindos and only 150m from the beach and has 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms ( one ensuite ,one with Jacuzzi bathtub) and one WC. it provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 6-7 persons. There is a semi detached studio with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, if guests require more bedrooms. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children in a double sofa bed and can not be rented separately , but only with the villa. The villa is part of Blue Dream Luxury villas, Exclusive villas privees.

The interior of the living and sitting room of the main villa is decorated with natural stone, marble and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an HD TV set with satellite , DVD player ,music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the three bedrooms.

The luxury fully equipped Italian designed kitchen has SIEMENS relectric appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.

The villa has three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has double bed. The Dunlopillo mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box one in each bedroom. keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The villa has two bathrooms ( one ensuite to the master bedroom with shower room and one with Jacuzzi bathtub) and one WC. All bathrooms are decorated in modern style.

The semi detached studio has one double bed andone double sofa bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children. The bathroom has a shower room. In the studio there is a small kitchenette with some cooking facilities. The studio can be only rented, if guests require more bedrooms and cannot be rented separately.

The villa (Plus studio) has a private pool , heated during the cooler months, with mosaic tiles, swimming jets and hydro massage jets that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday. Relax while drinking your cocktail in the pool overlooking the stunning sea views or enjoy the sunset while having an al fresco dining experience.

Car rental although not necessary , would be recommended for those who want to explore the island of Rhodes. Excursions are also possible from Pefkos to Rhodes town, Water Park and Prassonissi.

“Fantastic family holiday”

We have recently returned from this villa with 8 adults & 3 children and what a fantastic week we have had. The villa is bright and modern with everything you need including baby equipment and has an excellent daily maid service which is a lovely touch included in the price. We had everything we needed and Maria was only a call away if we had any problems (which we didn’t). Corallis beach bar opposite is great for breakfast/ lunch and a great meeting point to start the night as they were always happy to call us taxis into lindos & pefkos. The only downside to the week was that it went far too quickly! We will definitely be back in the future Thank you
