From the owner

Our house has a big terrace with a sea view and a little garden where you can make barbeque or take a solar shower.

We have two room's with double bed and one comfortable sofa bed in living room.

Beach is just 5 min walk and lake Vrana 15 min walk.

The Space

We are offering you whole house with big terrace and sea view, surrounded by garden, complete privacy.

There is new furniture in rooms, kitchen, new sofa bed and new garden furniture.

There are two rooms with double bed and living room/kitchen with sofa bed for two.

Kitchen is fully furnished (microwave and kettle also provided).

In bathroom you can use washing machine.

Isnt/ available in 2024. NEW *Basement studio apartment (sofa bed, small kitchen, bathroom with shower) is available for extra 2 people on demand. Extra fee is 50 eur/day payable on location.*

The Neighborhood

In small Dalmatian village, Pakoštane you can feel authentic spirit of locals, you can enjoy and relax on many pretty beaches or on walk distance lake Vrana where you can also watch birds in the ornithological reserve. You can also ride a bicycle around Vrana lake or to little city Biograd.

There are a lot of tavern and restaurants around where you can eat fresh fish.

Perfect position allows you to go on day trips to historical city's like Zadar (35km) and Šibenik (40km). If you would like to enjoy natural beauty there are boat trips to National Park Kornati, you can also visit National Parks Krka waterfalls (50km) and Paklenica (62 km).

During summer Pakoštane organizes the local concerts, ethno-gastronomic events and brings to you medieval history to life through "The days of the knights of Vrana".

Getting around

The city's of Zadar and Split offers international airports where many low budget companies fly.

Distance from the capital Zagreb is 300 km. If you fly to Zagreb we would be happy to show you around and to help you with your remaining part of the journey to Pakoštane.

If you want to visit bigger place Biograd or towns Zadar or Šibenik you can do it with local bus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
