ORKA PARK is an award winning complex from the multi award winning Orka Homes Group, following on from the success of the nearby Orka Village and Club Orka Hotel and Villas.Our perfectly positioned first floor corner apartment is the only first floor apartment within the Orka Park complex with triple aspect and is nearly double the size of the apartments on the Orka Village complex. It is situated in a unique location high in the Ovacik valley at the foot of the majestic Babadag mountains and offers amazing views of both the mountainous panorama and the Aegean Sea. The charming hill town of Hisaronu is only a 10 minute walk away with its local market, many shops and excellent restaurants for eating out. Olu Deniz is only 4km away and is accessible by a 10 minute dolmus ride. It offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey, with a magnificent crescent of pale sand which is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The spacious apartment benefits from a large swimming pool and smaller children's pool. The open plan lounge / kitchen / dining space has access onto the private outside terraced areas furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. With one double, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed the apartment is ideal for families. There are plenty of activities and attractions in the area to keep you busy during your stay. Guests also have access to the Orka 5* Sunlife Resort and Spa. Facilities include water slides, all inclusive packages and spa treatments. “Lovely Quiet Apartment for Friends Wedding”

My partner and I very much enjoyed staying in Mark and Michelle’s Apartment, it was very clean and good communication throughout the trip. The apartment was a high standard with adequate equipment to cook for yourself. Parking was convenient and it felt safe in the complex. You could walk to local restaurants but is a steep hill on the way back. Swimming pool was clean with sun beds always available. Thank you, would return if staying in the area again.

We stayed for 2 weeks while I had some dental work done. The appointment was fantastic for our needs. So spacious, very high spec, WiFi but patchy and definitely need a light in the stairwell, once you lock the front door there’s no light so was abit dangerous , but I’m sure this was just a bulb needing replacing. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you x

Why can't I call Mark (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
