From the owner

Set within the picturesque valley of Ovacik, this impressive and beautiful 4 bed villa is privately owned and is the only one of its design in the area. It has been constructed to the usual high standards as set by Orka (Orka Hotel 5 mins walk away) and is built over 3 floors, with an impressive attic room with wet room en suite. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Set on a large plot, a private walled garden encloses the villa which houses a very good sized swimming pool, separate baby pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ with a lovely patio and terrace, which is luxuriously furnished with plenty of seating for dinning al fresco.

The garden and pool is maintained daily, and the maid service is every 2 days and is included in the price. Holidaymakers also have exclusive use of all the 4* Club Orka Hotel facilities (5 mins walk).

Additional bedding can be supplied at an extra cost if required, and the fantastic Club Orka team are on hand to help your holiday run smoothly should you need them. They can assist you with anything from providing 'free' transportation to and from the local beach/hotel/restaurant to replacing a broken light bulb. They provide a second to none (non-intrusive) service, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your holiday.

If you require extra beds and/or cots, these can be supplied at a very reasonable cost. Approx £15 per item.

If you don't fancy the short walk in the heat, you can also benefit from free transportation to and from the Orka hotel which provides daily entertainment. The BBQ night on a Saturday is a personal favourite, with the most amazing meze spread to accompany the huge variety of freshly cooked vegetables, fish and meats etc., along with live dance entertainment (the break dancers are a must see), a kids disco and then a little time for cutting some shapes of your own if you can manage to move by then!

The high security front door is situated to the side of the property, and as you enter the villa, there is a contemporary open plan living space, which is attractively furnished and minimalistic in feel.
There are four large large double patio doors that invite plenty of natural light into the house and a fully operational well equipped kitchen, with the added benefit of a water cooler (additional water bottles can be delivered)

All rooms are air conditioned at no extra charge.

An electronic safe is supplied and there is also 24hr security supplied by the Orka Hotel.

Each of the bedrooms have access to a balcony and all are spacious, with fully fitted wardrobes and full length mirror. The first floor houses three of the bedrooms, along with one en-suite and the family bathroom with power jet shower.

The attic room on the 2nd floor has a huge double bed, with patio doors that open onto a small terrace, offering even more fantastic views of the surrounding Babadag mountain ranges and surrounding countryside. From here you can watch the Paragliders descend from the top of Babadag mountain, often achieving heights of up to 12000 feet, and you may even fancy having a go yourself!

The villa itself is situated in a residential area within the hills of Ovacik, surrounded by beautiful panoramic views of the impressive Babadag mountain, and the area is very peaceful and quiet, only interrupted occasionally by the grazing of cows and horses in the neighbouring field!
The more bustling and lively resort of Hisaronu is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. You will pass various bars, shops and restaurants and there are even a couple of mosques. If you prefer not to walk, there are plently of taxi's nearby and a taxi rank next to Club Orka Hotel. Alternatively, you can also press the big green button that is set on a telephone poll 50 metres from the villa. Additionally, there is a very frequent Dolmus service (local mini buses) which is second to none, and you will get into Hisaronu within 5-10 minutes, or you could visit the ever beautiful lagoon of Olu Deniz within 10-15mins, and all for about 85p each!

A five minute stroll and you can begin to sample the numerous local restaurants, which cater for all tastes, from the traditional local dishes through to all kinds of international cuisine, you really are spoilt for choice, and they all seem to offer very good value for money.

How do damage deposits work?

If Craig (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
