Belle maison d'architecte les pieds dans l'eau, tout équipée, entièrement rénovée en 2018, située sur la dune surplombant la plage principale d'Ondres.

La vue est sur l'océan, la dune, la forêt et les montagne est exceptionnelle.

La villa Oceana possède 6 chambres dont un dortoir de 4 personnes qui lui permet d'accueillir 14 personnes dans un vrai lit.

Les matériaux de qualité vous garantisse une prestation haut de gamme.

Au RDC sa terrasse bois de 120m² plein Sud avec piscine, barbecue et cuisine extérieure vous permettra de vous délasser au soleil. Les deux terrasses de 45 m² et 25m² à l'étage donnent chacune sur une belle vue mer.

Le séjour est équipé d'un vidéo projecteur avec écran de 3m50 lié à système audio haut de gamme, ainsi que des enceintes extérieures.

Un piano permettra aux musiciens de profiter de leur passion.

La villa possède 2 salles de bain et 2 WC ainsi qu'une salle d'eau et WC accessibles depuis la terrasse.

Vacances de rêves avec l'océan en première ligne, idéal pour les amoureux de glisse et de pêche. Par ailleurs vous disposez des pistes cyclables de la forêt landaise à deux pas, ainsi qu'un centre équestre. Idéalement placée entre Biarritz et Hossegor, vous pourrez découvrir aussi facilement le pays basque que le sud des Landes. Un restaurant de poisson frais et de fruit de mer ouvert toute l'année vous permettra de donner un accent gastronomique à votre séjour.

La maison se trouve au cœur de la plage d'Ondres.

Le quartier est constitué d'une pizzeria, d'un restaurant bodega, une guinguette, un snack , un glacier et un restaurant de poisson fruit de mer de renom et deux maisons: c'est son principal avantage mais aussi son principal inconvénient.

Hors saison le quartier est très calme.

Il faut savoir que la maison est situé au dessus d'un glacier, et à proximité des 3 restaurants de la plage d'Ondres, ce qui peut générer quelques nuisances, notamment:

- quelques livraisons entre 6h et 9h le matin, la maison étant bien isolé cela ne pose pas de problème lorsque les fenêtres son fermées

- il peut y avoir des odeurs de cuisine selon l'heure et l'orientation du vent

- on entend parfois un peu l'activité depuis la terrasse.

La villa est bien bien isolée et en général cela ne gène pas les occupants de la villa, en revanche les personnes exigeantes recherchant le calme absolu devront s'orienter vers un autre bien forcément plus loin de la mer.

Covid 19 : un protocole sanitaire a été mis en place après chaque départ pour éviter la propagation du virus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
