Nous louons qu'en location saisonnière entre mi-juin à mi-septembre, du samedi au samedi, vous garantissant un appartement proche du neuf.

Pour la composition de l’appartement, très simple, suffit de voir le plan et les photos

Notre tarif et les disponibilités sont à jour :

- du 29 août au 05 septembre à 420 € ou 60 €/j

Caution = 2 chèques (non encaissés), 1 de 600 € + le 2ème de 60€ pour le ménage en fin de séjour si nécessaire

L’océan n’étant qu’à 900m avec la plage à perte de vue, dans un domaine boisé de 4,8 ha clôturé avec contrôle d’accés, entouré par la forêt qui n’est qu’à 20 mètres de l’appartement, c’est la location idéal pour vous ressourcer en pleine verdure où l'air pur est garanti jusque dans l’appartement.

L’appartement (qui est, hors saison, notre pied à terre), propre et spacieux avec un maximum de confort, a été pensé, étudié et dédié qu’aux vacances, dans une petite station balnéaire soft, cool et sympa

Nous sommes judicieusement situés entre le Sud des Landes et le Pays Basque, entre Capbreton, et le BaB (Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz) début de la côte Basque, l'Espagne n’est qu’à 45 Km par autoroute. Les Pyrénées tombant dans l’océan et la côte Basque Espagnole sont visibles de la plage d’Ondres qui est à 10 minutes à pied, en vélo ou grâce à plusieurs navettes bus gratuites, toutes les 10 minutes, 7/7j en saison dont l’arrêt n’est qu’à 100 mètres de l’entrée du site. Une fois arrivé à l’intérieur du domaine et dans l’appartement, la voiture (visible depuis l’appartement) reste au parking dans le site, il est privatif et numéroté.

Vous serez plus que charmé par l'environnement, le cadre du site et surtout par notre appartement T3 tout confort réaménagé et rééquipé à neuf par mes soins en un grand T2 de 46m² à Ondres Plage dont un balcon-terrasse panoramique à 2 cotés, couvert et aménagé de plus de 12 m² au 1er et dernier étage, idéalement orienté Sud-Ouest (ombragé même à midi).

L’appartement est sans aucun vis-à-vis, ni devant, ni derrière, situé à l’extrême Sud du Sud-Ouest de l’immense forêt des Landes qui a été, pour la construction en 2007, partiellement et judicieusement déboisée par respect environnemental afin de créer de toute pièce un magnifique parc arboré de 4,8 ha, ce qui fait que nous sommes entourés que de pins.

Dans le domaine et à votre disposition, 2 magnifiques piscines sécurisées de 400 m² avec transats et parasols + une pataugeoire pour enfants, 2 courts de tennis, tables de ping-pong, un boulodrome etc …. Pour le pain + les viennoiseries et supérette, c'est à 120 mètres, sans parler de tous les commerces et commodités disponibles à Ondres de village.

Avec nous, priorité sur l'hygiène" et la propreté de notre location : non seulement nous mettons à disposition un appartement hyper propre avec des literies irréprochables : voyez les oreillers neufs, les couvertures propres sans taches, les couettes neuves ou encore inspectez le dessus et le dessous de tous les matelas des lits (chez nous, le sommier et le matelas ont été remplacés à neufs en fin 2018 dans la chambre parentale toujours en recherche d’un confort et une hygiène optimales). L’hygiène, avec nous va de paire avec, en plus, une double protection du matelas : une housse de matelas + une alèse étanche. Ces alèses sont d’ailleurs changées systématiquement tous les ans (après 4 ou 5 locations).
