This beautiful detached villa features a private outdoor swimming pool. The villa's furnishings are very complete and modern. You have a spacious living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, 1 additional half-bath, a relaxation room and a utility room. One of bedrooms is on the ground floor. Outside, you have a large semi-covered terrace with patio furniture for al-fresco dining, loungers and beach towels for sunbathing and a private swimming pool of 24 sqm (8x3m) which is heated some degrees during low season. The pool is open from May to the end of October. The pool has easy entry pool stairs and an outdoor shower. You also have charcoal BBQ at disposal. There are 3 parking places on site and off-the street. The property is completely fenced and is therefore suitable for children. In short, all needed for a memorable holiday.

Villa Leonore is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the coast, in Duce, Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. This part of the coast is famous for its fine sand and clear water. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The location ensures that everything is within reach. Your villa is situated close to the historic medieval town of Omis (1 km away or 10 minutes walk) which is located in a beautiful area where emerald green river Cetina flows into the blue Adriatic sea, surrounded by steep cliffs. Above the town, pirate fortresses from the past times can be seen. There are numerous authentic taverns and restaurants in the old town centre. Other amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are few hundred meters away. Just 150 meters from the villa is a beautiful and gently sloping sandy beach which makes it suitable for young children.

There are plenty of things to do nearby. Take your time to wander through the lovely, narrow streets of town or try hiking nearby mountains and to the fortresses. Expect a breathtaking view. Enjoy a nice walk along the beach or take 1-day boat excursions to nearby islands. Try some of the water sports offered on the beach or try adrenaline sports around the town (kayaking, rafting, free climbing, zip line, hiking). There are dozens of attractive cycling routes in Omis. Due to its geographic location and canyon of Cetina river, town of Omis has become the center of adrenaline sports. Specialized tourist agencies in Omis can organize for you all sorts of activities. Also visit the city of Split (20 km away) with its historic center. Split is a cultural metropolis and UNSECO heritage site with preserved Diocletian's Palace and temples from Roman times. You can watch change of Roman Emperor guard every day at 12 o'clock on main square in the Palace.

We provide you with bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap. You have hair dryer, washing machine, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board at disposal. We offer bed linen/towel change through a handover on a weekly basis. On request, we can also provide a baby crib and a high chair for kids.

The final price includes all expenses: taxes, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy costs. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and parking are for free. Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge.

Damage deposit is 500 € and it is paid on site upon arrival, in cash only. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the villa.

Our villa is family-run to a high standard. Since 2017 we have been welcoming guests and we do our best to continually try to improve our home, so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We provide attentive service while fully respecting your privacy. You collect the keys on site. Someone of our family members will meet you. At the arrival, you will be given brochures from local touristic offices with the most important local attractions and activities so you can plan your active holiday. Since you will be staying in the villa alone, you can contact us by mobile phone in case of any technical issue. Any arrival of the staff for the purpose of regular maintenance of the pool or other facilities will be always announced.
