Beautiful apartment with fantastic qualities, good orientation, quiet and very pleasant located 3 minutes walk from the beach.

The flat has 130 m2 with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite-shaped bedroom including its own bathroom and dressing room.

A large fully equipped kitchen with enclosed terrace for the laundry.

Large living room with exit to a terrace of 23 m2 equipped with awnings and with views to the communal gardens and the swimming pool.

It has air conditioning with climate control to regulate the temperature.

It comes with bed linen and bathroom as well as complete kitchenware and appliances: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, hoover, toaster, blender, juicer.

The living room is equipped with an HD TV, a DVD player and a speaker to play your music. There is another additional TV in one of the bedrooms.

A great place to spend familiy time combining relax, sports and activities in a beautiful and quite environment close to one of the best beach in Spain. A perfect destination for children to enjoy the sea and giving adults the oportunity to practice golf and a wide variety of water sports as well as long walks by the sea.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jesus (the owner) a message.

If Jesus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
