From the owner

House with own plot situated in paradisiacal beach, with direct access to the beach. Consists of three bedrooms, one double and a large kitchen and dining area and a full bathroom, dishwasher, wifi, play station ..... The house has a terrace of 21 meters, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and sink outside to practice in the stew a great paella. The special thing about our property is that the umbrella and umbrella on the beach can be 20m,! No aglomeraciones¡. In the area you can do all sorts of water activities and hiking, horseback riding, cycling routes .. A lot of activities on the shores of one of the best beaches in the Valencia region. The house is located in one of the best areas, near a campsite, with bars and restaurants within 150 meters, where you can have coffee or a paella over the dunes, there are also two small supermarket, services .... press baker leads to the door of your house freshly baked bread every day. Less than 1 kilometer can be found the hipica Oliva nova area and 1.5 kilometers away is the golf course. At 150 meters the river, where it is easy to see little boats sailing or some animals of the river. Very good area for kitesurfing, and very certa the xiringuito of San Fernando where we can find a pharmacy.

Mala experiencia con los arrendatarios....dejaron la casa en malas condiciones no respetando nada. No fueron capaces de decirnos lo que habían roto y cuando nos dimos cuenta encima lo negaron....hasta que con las pruebas pertinentes no tuvieron más remedio que reconocerlo, se nota que no es la primera vez que lo hacen. Tenemos la suerte de que personas de esta calaña hay muy pocas. Seguiremos luchando por tener personas decentes tal y como hemos tenido hasta este momento. Nuestros comentarios en este y otros portales nos avalan.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact JESSICA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JESSICA (the owner) a message.

If JESSICA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
