Stay at a beautiful and bright home in the Historic Copeland District in Oak Bluffs. This 1928 home is mere minutes from dining and shopping on Circuit Avenue and the lovely local Inkwell beach and about a 15 minute walk from the ferry. The house sits on a large corner lot so there is plenty of space for kids to play as well as quiet spots to read and relax.

With porches on three sides of the house, there is a perfect spot for anytime of the day - coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Bring your book and relax on the hammock in the shade or enjoy dinner out on the screened in porch, the possibilities are endless!

Inside the house is bright and airy with lots of natural light and breezes. Its decorated in vintage island furniture blended with contemporary pieces to retain that authentic Vineyard feeling. Downstairs there is a traditional living room with original artwork. A separate dining room has seating for eight. Both rooms are right off the front porch so there is a great indoor/outdoor living vibe. An additional TV room has comfortable seating for movie nights. The kitchen opens onto a back patio and a screened in porch both looking over a large back yard .

Upstairs are four bedrooms arranged around a central hallway and a half bath. The master bedroom with the queen bed also has an attached 1/2 bath. Each room has multiple windows to allow in the breeze, or if needed there are box fans for each bedroom. The bedrooms are ideal for families with children or a gathering of friends.

Enjoy an outdoor shower in a secluded, large shower.

With town and the ferry just a short walk away, there is no need for a car, but the house does have a driveway and garage (complete with a basketball hoop) if you do drive over.

Window air condition units in the bedrooms only.
