“Wonderful Week” We love the Cape. We go to spend time with family and friends. So we are the type of vacationers who spend the majority of our time either at the rental or at the beach but never very far from either. This rental is an older home but the owners maintain it well. A pleasant walk to the beach The back yard has everything you need an outside shower, hot tub, hammock, and out door eating area makeing this a quintessential Cape Cod experience.

“Spacious, clean, beautiful vacation cottage” This is the 3rd year in a row we've rented this cottage. It's got room for our family and any guests who might want to join for a night or two. The home is central to many beaches, restaurants and attractions. It's got a nice sized yard for Bbqs and an outdoor shower and laundry for convenience. I had trouble sleeping a due to the sprinklers going off at 5am. I called Martha Murray re and they were quick to shut off the sprinklers to fix the problem. The only drawback for us to this cottage is the somewhat noisy neighborhood.

“Great Location! Beach and pool just steps away...” 2nd year renting this fantastic place. It is clean, cozy, convenient and close to the beach. Just a great place for my family. The cottage is well appointed with wonderful extras like a 3-burner Weber Grill, clothesline, outdoor shower. The beach is 50' away and our kids had a blast all week. The use of the Old Landing Motel Pool is an added bonus. Would recommend to any family...
