Lovely apartment with A/C (40m², 2 rooms) located in the historical city center of Nîmes, it is 2 mn walk from the arena (Roman ampitheater), la maison carrée, les jardins de la fontaine, restaurants, museums, car park etc. Tourist board at 5 mn. You can reach all places walking.

At 1st floor, very quiet.

1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), with dressing room, a lounge with a convertible couch (Internet WiFI, large TV screen, music player -HiFi-), and a fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine, washing machine, oven, toaster, micro wave etc). Comfortable bathroom with large shower.

With 1 window in the Living room and 2 in the sleeping room the flat is very pleasant.

Bed sheets and towels : included.

Car park : free 2 mn walk, streets 12eur/day

Train/bus station: 10mn walk

Hello Sylvia, thank you for your review. It helps us to improve quality. Regarding the bed, matress and pillows are new, from a renowned brand. I have choosen a compromise between hard and soft to be suitable for majority of people. But obviously the feeling depends also of the habits of people, so it is subjective. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
