The apartment was totally refurbished in May 2011 with the aim being to provide everything needed to enjoy a holiday in Nice. The apartment is very light with comfortable and modern furniture and fittings.
We take great pains to review the requirements of prospective guests, and do not hesitate to point out anything we think may not meet the guest's expectations well in advance. Our sole objective is that guests have a wonderful holiday, and that they will want to return.
The apartment is in a fantastic location in the exclusive Mont Boron area of Nice, and is ideal for people looking for a combination of relaxation by the pool or beach combined with a desire to explore not just Nice, but the whole of the coastline from Monaco to St. Tropez using the cheap (€4 all day local bus pass) local transport.

“Excellent location within easy walking distance Into the heart of Nice”
We were looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the Monte Carlo tennis Masters. This bijoux apartment was the perfect answer being only 30 minutes away by bus and within a stone's throw of Nice and restaurants in the port . The view from the balcony of the sea and the city of Nice was stunning. What could be better than enjoying the view with a cool glass of wine at the end of a day's tennis? The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything one could possibly need. We will look forward to returning next year!
“Views, comfort and convenience!”
Lovely apartment, the views from the balcony are stunning. All features needed work exceptionally, really good shower, kitchen and air con. Promenade des anglais is within walking distance for the beach and old town, very good if you have a car too as it has easy access to the main coastal road along to Monaco and Italy beyond. Two supermarkets close by which is handy if your on a budget like we were. All in all very good stay, check out the observatory if you get a chance, tiny bit of walking but stunning views and a very interesting tour (you have to book online).

Автобусная остановка находится рядом с домой, так что машина нам не понадобилась, хотя мы путешествовали по побережью каждый день. Квартира небольшая, но хорошо оборудованная, с прекрасным видом на море. Хозяин квартиры - Джон был очень заботлив и внимателен, нам очень пригодились его советы. Спасибо Джон! “Das perfekte Appartement in Nizza”
Das Appartement befindet sich sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt am Mont Boron und bietet einen phantastischen Blick über Nizza, z.B. den Hafen und die Promenade. Weiterhin ist die Ferienwohnung sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und - leider wichtig an der Cote D'Azur - sehr sicher inklusive Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt fürs Sonnenbaden am Strand (z. B. 5 Min nach Villefranche), Shopping (man ist gleich in der Altstadt) oder einfach nur am schönen Pool liegen und die Aussicht genießen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
“Fantastic Deal! Fantastic View!”
This flat , situated on the hill over the harbor, is perfect for anyone who would like to know the city of Nice and the Côte d'Azur without having to rent a car: walking distance to the Old City, the Promenade des Anglais and plenty other points of interest. Or, take the city buses that stop literally at your doorstep and take you to Villefranche/sur mer, Cap Ferat, Monaco or Menton, for example. My husband and I loved this place, and I should add that I am a native from Nice.
“Beautiful, excellent location for a great holiday stay.”
The apartment at La Baccaray is beautiful. Tastically decorated with a big balcony to relax on and has great views of the port area and the sea. Excellent location, on a main road but really good for travellers without their own transport allowing you to travel via public transport into Nice centre, and along the coastline to Villafranche, and Monaco. The swimming pool is well appointed and in the sun for the majority of the day. We will definitely return for another great holiday.
The apartment was simply amazing. Views were stunning and eating dinner on the balcony was a treat for my wife and I. All the amenities one could ask for from parking to a/c to blackout shades.

“Perfectly located, equipped and managed, with enchanted views.”
We were met by the management company for whom nothing was too much trouble, for example, as requested they had already booked our airport taxi which meant within 30 minutes of landing we were in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our break. When the shutters were raised and the view from the balcony exposed, it was breath taking. We arrived in the evening and Nice was aglow before us, the day views of the harbour and town are equally enchanting. The apartment is central enough that we walked everywhere, but with a bus stop right outside the apartments either make easy hassle free options. Shops for supplies are a short walk away with one even offering a home delivery service if you wanted to stock up. A truly delightful apartment in a perfect location for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas.

“Merveilleux séjour sur la côte d'Azur”
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un emplacement idéal, loin du bruit de la ville mais près de tout, 2 marchés à 10 min, arrêt de bus juste en face. Tout se fait à pied: 15 min et vous êtes au port, le quartier historique, la prom. À ceci s'ajoute une vue imprenable sur la mer et son couché de soleil. Appartement propre où on y retrouve tout le nécessaire. La récupération et remise des clefs s'est bien déroulée également. Le contact avec le propriétaire était parfait, il a su répondre à nos questions efficacement et rapidement. Bref, appartement à louer sans hésitation.

The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. The facilities and swimming pool were a real bonus. Location was great for some good walks and just a short ride from Monte Carlo. We will definitely look to visit again.
