Villa Almas is situated in the hinterland of Split (UNESCO), Dalmatians metropolis, in a small place called Neoric, where you can find yourself some piece and relaxation.

Villa Almas can comfortably accommodate 12 + 2 people.

The mansion is surrounded by many Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.

In front of the house is a garden where are naturally grown various types of vegetables and seasonal fruits, and in every moment you can enjoy the natural delights from the garden.

Accommodation which gives you privacy and plenty of amazing things to see and activities to do, will surely turn your stay into an experience that you will remember forever!

Rooms

First floor

Villa has 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). First double bedroom oriented on the west has a LCD TV, air conditioning, wall safe and a exit to a private balcony looking over the swimming pool.

Second double bedroom is oriented on the east and has an Air conditioning. Third double bedroom is oriented on the east and has an Air conditioning, children's crib, exit to a private balcony and a en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Fourth bedroom is oriented on the west and has two single beds inside. Main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, washbasin and toilet and hair dryer and is also on the first floor. Fully equipped large kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric stove and everything you need for cooking and dining is here for you to use. Living room with a large sofa with a fireplace is there for your relaxation, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning and a closed terrace in the front of the house, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning with your family.

Ground floor

On the west side of the ground floor there is a studio apartment with two large double beds, sofa bed for extra two people, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, washing machine, stove and everything you need for cooking and dining. There is a bathroom with shower and Hydro massage, toilet, bidet, washbasin, and hair dryer.

On east side of the ground floor there is a Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV and an extra bathroom next door with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

Facilities

On the west side is a heated swimming pool 12 x 5m with Finnish sauna and additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level.

New in offer is a multi-sport court for playing tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball. Sport field is illuminated by floodlights for you to enjoy your activities and during the night. Next to the sport field is a terrain for playing a traditional game in bocce, which is also illuminated.

You can also play some table tennis and children can enjoy jumping in the trampoline, swing on swings or play on the slide. Next to the Villa is a summer barbecue house with dining table, kitchen with fridge and a small toilet with washbasin for you to enjoy and relax.

If you want a little bit of recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neorić.

You will ascertain that Dalmatian hinterland, can provide the unique experience of the original relationship between human and nature, relax you and help you to escape from everyday life.
