Old Forge II Is set on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a balcony and amazing views. There are two spacious double bedrooms, super king size beds that can be separated to form single 3ft beds, both with en suite shower rooms and underfloor heating. The living room has 3 very comfy sofas, a 42" smart TV, docking station, a log burner and dining area for 6 . The kitchen has all the appliances you need and a granite worktop. There is full central heating throughout and all service water is supplied via a rainwater harvesting system. There is a courtyard with garden furniture for your sole use. There is a landscaped garden, with beautiful flora to attract wildlife, also there are fruit trees and an organic vegetable patch, from which you can pick your vegetables and fruit for a complimentary meal.

For laundry, there is a boot room containing washing machines, tumble dryers, heated drying racks, a sink, a hosing down area, and a long bench for changing out of your gear after a days adventure.

The accommodation has been awarded 4 stars by Failte Ireland, and is luxurious. It offers all that is required for an active holiday. Close by there are many loop walks, biking trails, horse riding ,golf, swimming baths with a skate park, and a play area. Lough Derg, which is a 20 minute drive away, has some of the best fishing in Ireland, sailing, water skiing and all other water sports. Silvermines is a quiet and sleepy village, wrapped in a mountain back drop, and is also perfect for getting away from it all. You can relax in front of the log burner, read, paint or stroll along the river. There is a village pub and shop for groceries on your door step, yet Nenagh market town is only a 10 minute drive for all the pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and boutiques, there is a farmers market. and country market for all your home made preserves and artisan breads , a Norman castle, genealogy and heritage center.

A cleaning service and a local chef are available for you to book if you require.
