A fantastic self catering one double bed roomed penthouse fully furnished to high standards and enjoying a huge large sunny private terrace, ideal for sunbathing throughout the day.The penthouse is located in a block of four apartments in the residential Salina Mansions complex.

It enjoys an excellent location which is only 15 minutes walk from the nice beach of Bahar Ic Caghaq and the beautiful coast road which would lead all the way to St Julian's area,On the other side just 20 mins walk to the the Qawra promenade and the Bugibba area with its small sandy beach and the magnificent views of St Paul's Islands.Just a short drive of about 30 mins away from Malta's biggest sandy beach of Mellieha Bay.Within 10 mins walking distance to restaurants and bars .The bus stop is just 10 mins walk away from the penthouse and the routes can take you to visit Valletta the capital city of Malta or to the night life area in Paceville and the lovely fishing Bay of St Julian's

All rooms enjoy the view of the large terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor relaxation and dining as it is equipped with a dining table with chairs,luxurious rattan sofa and a gas fired barbeque.

We highly recommend the hiring of a car and there is plenty of parking space , including two beautiful restaurants Ta Cassia Salina and Charlie Rabbit restaurant in a waking distance 5 minutes away from the Salina Mansions where the penthouse is located. With authentic international dishes and specializing in Maltese traditional food.

The greengrocer with daily fresh produce is located just 20 mins away and two supermarkets which are within a 20 mins walk from penthouse location catering for everything from meat. groceries to wines and spirits.

The apartment is served with a lift accessible from the street level.

The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that you clean the property and take care of it, just as if it were your own home

The penthouse is located in a block of four apartments in the residential Salina Mansions complex on the beautiful coast road leading to Qawra and St Paul's bay on one side and on the other side leading to St Julian's and Sliema . Just 7 miles from Valletta the capital city of Malta. If one is on a low budget the bus stop is just across the road on the coast road itself and you can travel up to the north from one side and on the other you can catch a bus which would take you all the way up to St Julians , Sliema and last stop to Valletta.

Just a 10 minutes walk would take you to the Kennedy grove Gardens where kids can run around and play safely in the playing field .. or even better one can enjoy a picnic where tables and benches are available around the park,

Onto the other side of the park one can visit the Birdpark Malta

Kids and grown-ups would love this .. a truly peaceful environment ... and next day one can visit the Malta Aquarium http://www.aquarium.com.mt/visit/ which was opened recently in 2013.
It's never a dull moment on our tiny island but I can assure you that everyone would find something to do and enjoy during your stay with us .

OHHHHHHHHHHHHH almost forgot the Splash & Fun Fun Park where you can enjoy a whole day on the ride and big swimming pools all day including lunch and water activities .. and guess what you can book a Swim with the Dolphins .. xxxxx

Do you love history .. than you would be in heaven .. Malta and Gozo are loaded with historical sites . We belong to the Knights of Malta so one can imagine the treasure of artifacts and magnificent buildings we have on this era .

Apart from all do you love to unwind and let your hair down .. who doesn't .. come and relax and enjoy good Mediterranean food .. no GMO's promise .. fish fresh from the deep blue seas .. shellfish ... authentic Maltese cuisine .. and our speciality .. rabbit cooked in wine and garlic .. roasted potatoes , fresh veggies and ending with sumptuous slices of watermelon , dates wraps , Kannoli filled with sweet ricotta and Turkish delight .. i cannot go on and on but i can assure you you would have be thrilled you would have chosen Malta as your destination.

“first class penthouse and hosts”

a huge thanks to jo and terrance for making our first visit to malta a great holiday experience from pick up at airport to booking the return taxi to airport penthouse is outstanding and what a beautiful and very historic country/ friendly people / the tours round the island are well worth the 18euros we paid the only thing I would say is if hiring a car shop around we paid 347 euros for a week then discovered we could have got it for 210 euros but that was our falt for just diving in so once again jo/terrance thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to see you in 2017

We try very hard to give our guests a most enjoyable stay ,, sometimes we do get a hiccup during a stay but we promise to solve any issues that might crop up in a few hrs . I would advise to shop around before hiring a car as you said. And during the peak months when its very hot we highly recommend the hiring of a car , Temp can soar up to the 40 C and waiting for a bus is an ordeal. “Great Holiday”

I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others who are looking for high quality facilities including a huge balcony to sit out. The location was perfect as it was close to all areas whilst away from the madding crowd. Jo (the owner) could not have been more helpful having met us at the airport and guided us to the apartment location where there was food and drink to welcome us (a nice touch remembering this is self catering).There are two renowned restaurants on the doorstep and a beach within walking distance. We hired a car as we wanted to visit further afield but there are very good public transport services close by.When the new road system from Valletta along the coast is completed access around the island will be even easier. At the end of the day it was always a pleasure to return to our apartment. In summary a great holiday,a great place, great accommodation and a great host. Thanks for everything Jo.Would we stay again? Yes definitely!

We personally take care of the penthouse including the upkeep and the cleaning to make sure all is done to perfection. We would like to note that we offer free pick up from airport upon arrival and we hand over the keys after taking the guests around the penthouse . Upon departure our guests would just leave the keys in a post box. We even book taxi services prior to departure subject to flight details being submitted beforehand from our guests. Upon arriving at the departure lounge at the Malta International Airport , client would pay for the taxi service directly to the Chauffeur. Most of all we would love to thank all our wonderful guests whom we had the pleasure to meet personally as they kept the place in tip top condition as if it was their own home .. “Excellent”

This was absolute pleasure: Jo and Terry picked us up from the airport and made us feel most welcomed from the first minute. The penthouse was as beautiful as described and contained all you needed - the terrace is big and sunny, it was nice to have breakfast on it. Even though the penthouse is away from Valletta and is very peaceful, there is bus stops are just outside and they are easy way to explore the island with. There is also next door very nice rabbit restaurant - we ate there couple of times and recommend to test it. Jo also booked for us taxi that took us to the airport when we left. All in all we were very, very pleased with everything, and Jo was most helpful with everything and took care of us also during our stay. We can easily recommend this penthouse.
