Third floor apartment with lift in a newly built 65 sqm park that can accommodate up to 5 people, fully equipped, equipped with TV in all rooms, free wi-fi, free on-site reserved parking, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with Jacuzzi, 2 balconies. The accommodation is very quiet and is only 500 meters from the San Giovanni a Teduccio-Linea 2 metro station (less than 10 minutes on foot) that takes you straight to the city center. Guest Access: Guests can use the whole house. Other things to highlight: From the prices are excluded the mandatory tourist tax to be paid at check-in of Euro 2.50 per person per night, children under 18 are excluded. The cost of air conditioners is 5 Euro per day if used.
