Apartment comprises entrance hall, 1 bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, soap for intimate hygiene, a large kitchen with espresso coffee machine, oven and microwave, electric kettle, fridge and snack bar, living room with sofa bed and a room bedroom. Ideal for a family or two couples. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building, recently refurbished. No elevator. Interaction with guests for all information and assistance will always be available. The Very central neighborhood. Any type of means of transport at hand. The location is strategic: in the city center, opposite the University Federico II, a short walk from the station Metro University, a few hundred meters from the train station, the Circumvesuviana (to reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento) and the port for sailings to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. A tour of the Old Town area, Town Hall Square and its Castle Maschio Angioino, Royal Palace, historical and traditional markets like the one in the neighborhood Pignasecca or that of Porta Nolana, stunning churches and monasteries such as Saint Eligius, the Gesù Nuovo, Santa Chiara; Sansevero Chapel with its wonderful Veiled Christ; S. Gregorio Armeno and its pastors ...... Piazza del Plebiscito, Piazza Trieste e Trento with the historic Caffè Gambrinus; the Teatro San Carlo, the oldest opera house in Europe; Via Toledo and Via Chiaia for shopping and wanting to stretch the stylish Via dei Mille. Why can't I call Francesca (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
