House Esposito is a completely renovated apartment and very elegant which is in the middle of Vomero, a few steps from Piazza Vanvitelli and 1 minute from Metro stop Vanvitelli and the Chiaia Funicular, the Central Funicular and about 200 meters from Montesanto funicular. Edwards house is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful and distinctive Art Nouveau building, among the most beautiful in the city. The apartment of 42 square meters, has 1 bedroom with balcony, a sitting area with sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower, a small guest bathroom and wi fi. The apartment is equipped with top quality bed linen, towels soft white sponge, soap and bath shampoo, detergents, air conditioning and heating. It faces in a lovely courtyard and is extremely quiet. The apartment is especially equipped to accommodate small children, it has: changing table, high chair for the baby food and baby cot (children up to 3 years old) with bedding. They will be greeted the owners with fresh drinks, tourist information and city maps. Getting to the apartment is easy: - from the airport you can take a taxi (about € 20) or take Alibus to Piazza Municipio + metro to Vanvitelli (about 40 minutes) - from the central station you can take a taxi (€ 15 approx ) or take metro to Vanvitelli (15 minutes) - from the Naples motorway exit Arenella (precise information will be provided via e-mail). From the apartment, with a pleasant walk of a few minutes, you can reach Villa Floridiana with the Duke of Martina's Museum, the Certosa di San Martino and Castel Sant'Elmo. With the metro you can reach the historic center in about 6 minutes. The apartment is located in an elegant and scenic road and a few meters there are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and shops. A Bio supermarket is about 50 meters and a huge Carrefour Market (open 24 hours a day every day) to about 100 meters. On request you can rent cars, even with driver, baby sitting, guided tours and extra cleaning of the apartment. The owners live in the building next door and are always available for information and suggestions. Vomero is a safe and lively residential district, excellent starting point for sightseeing. The apartment is really cozy, with every comfort to make your stay very special guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annamaria (the owner) a message.

If Annamaria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
