La casa vacanze “Ricomincio Da Qui”, perfetta per 2 persone, è composta da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale, un corridoio, un piccolo disimpegno, un angolo cottura con una zona pranzo ed un ampio bagno con doccia.

All'arrivo vi sarà richiesto il pagamento in contanti dell'imposta di soggiorno che ammonta ad € 2.50 a persona a notte per max. 14 notti consecutive (sono esenti dal pagamento i minori di anni 14). Dal 01/07/2023 l'imposta di soggiorno aumenta a 3.00 euro a notte a persona.

Al check in vi sarà richiesto il documento di riconoscimento per la registrazione presso le competenti Autorità di Polizia, la mancata consegna del suddetto, comporta l'immediata cancellazione della prenotazione.

Il check in è fissato dalle ore 14.00 ( 02.00 p.m.) alle 17.00 (05.00 p.m.) ed il Check out, entro le ore 10.00 a.m. salvo diversi accordi.

La nostra cucina è interamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza, elettrodomestici (fornello con forno a gas, frigorifero e stoviglie varie) E’ inoltre dotata di lavatrice, stendino per i panni, asse e ferro da stiro, climatizzatore caldo freddo, Internet WI-FI free in tutta la struttura, due tv lcd, phon, forno a microonde, macchinetta da caffè espresso, nonché di biancheria da bagno e da letto. La pulizia viene effettuata ad ogni cambio ospite. Le utenze di luce, acqua e gas sono comprese nel prezzo.

E’ situata a 500 metri circa dal Duomo, da Spaccanapoli e dal San Gregorio Armeno, strada dei pastori. Poco lontano da casa ci sono autobus e due linee della Metro ivi compresa quella che vi condurrà in 15 minuti circa a Mergellina (lungomare). A piedi inoltre potrete raggiungere in pochi minuti il Museo Archeologico Nazionale, L’Orto Botanico e innumerevoli Musei siti in Via Duomo. L’Aeroporto dista soltanto 4 Km. e la stazione centrale circa 1.5. In zona ci sono moltissimi ristorantini, pizzerie, pub e pasticcerie rinomate dove potrete gustare i piatti e i dolci tipici della nostra Regione. Se doveste averne bisogno abbiamo due Garage convenzionati da poter contattare per far coccolare anche la vostra auto.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniela (the owner) a message.

If Daniela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
