La Singlarie is an organic farm set on a hillside with fantastic views of Najac, one of the Plus beaux villages de France and the Aveyron Valley. For those looking for spectacular surroundings and the opportunity to get a little closer to a natural way of life we offer the perfect location.

Close to all activities and amenities (walking, riding, swimming pool & river swimming, kayak, restaurants,markets, historic villages, museums) our newly renovated stone barn has great character and charm. The gite is of a high standard with spacious accommodation, and two private terraces, both with panoramic views of Najac's ruined chateau and the surrounding countryside. Najac, a very short car ride from the farm, has a range of restaurants and shops for food, local crafts and gifts.

The Ground Floor – entrance to a well appointed fitted kitchen leading to spacious lounge and dining room with oak beams, plenty of comfortable seating and wood burning stove.

An oak and iron stair case leads to:The First Floor – two double bedrooms, each with panoramic views - we will substitute one of the double beds for two singles if needed.Landing leading to the well appointed bathroom and a further oak and iron staircase to the Second Floor – The beamed master bedroom, with stunning views through its large arched window, of Najac and the surrounding countryside; the bedroom has a sitting area and a large well appointed en-suite.

There are two large terraces, the first with table chairs and BBQ, the second has sun loungers - both benefit from fantastic views of Najac, its chateau and tye surrounding countryside, truly stunning! The farm provides a spectacular and peaceful location from which to explore this beautiful part of France.Our guests are free to take advantage of the tranquility and privacy that La Singlarie offers. We will be delighted to show you the private walks through our woods that are home to a fantastic range of animals and plant life (although you will need to get up early to spot a family of wild boar!). If you have children we are sure they will enjoy some of our more “domestic” animals and we will be pleased to make introductions to the retired pigs, Vannille and Bamboo the donkeys who think they are cows, the farm cats and of course the chickens and ducks.

Je suis navré que vous n’ayez apprécié votre séjour et déçu d’avoir reçu ce premier avis négatif concernant la propriété et moi-même. En effet, lors de nos conversations téléphoniques avant votre arrivée, pendant que vous étiez en train d'essayer de trouver la ferme, et le lendemain matin, je craignais déjà que vous n’apprécierez votre séjour, alors que la satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité absolue. C’est pour cela que le premier matin de votre arrivée je vous ai proposé un remboursement complet. Pour répondre aux points spécifiques de votre avis : Selon votre suggestion, je veillerai à ce que la possibilité de nous trouver par GPS soit mentionnée dans toute correspondance avec nos clients après réservation. Je suis soulagé que vous ayez trouvé La Singlarie dès que vous avez saisi le nom sur votre smart phone. Concernant vos retours sur le chauffage, je veillerai à ce que son fonctionnement ainsi que ses spécificités soient bien compris par nos clients avant toute réservation durant les mois de janvier et février. J'espère sincèrement que si vous rendez à nouveau visite à votre famille, vous trouverez un logement qui répond à vos besoins et des hôtes avec lesquels vous pourrez nouer des bonnes relations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jamie (the owner) a message.

If Jamie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
