This single-storey cottage sits in the Scottish village of Muirkirk and is able to sleep four people in two bedrooms.The Old Toll Cottage is a cottage resting all on the ground floor, within the village of Muirkirk in Scotland. It plays host to two bedrooms, both have double beds, while one boasts an en-suite, there is also a bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also comes set with a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. Externally you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with a gravelled area with furniture, a drying shed for wet clothing/equipment and a decked area with summerhouse, including Sky TV, seating and a bar area. The Old Toll Cottage is a welcoming retreat placed well for touring the beautiful area that is East Ayrshire.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Property has an iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hair dryer. 2 x TV with Sky sports and movies, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking and dedicated private car park at the rear. Enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, furniture, decking, summerhouse and a drying shed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There will be some road noise at this property.
