Apartment located in Playa Granada, Motril, in the most exclusive area of the Costa Tropical, a heavenly place south of the province of Granada, within the warm Andalusia. Give yourself a break on the tropical coast! Fully equipped. Animals are welcome Our Boguey 3 apartment is ideal for families with children. The terrace on the ground floor overlooks the golf course and the gardens. The apartment is fully equipped and has 3 large bedrooms (one with double bed and 2 with two beds), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, parking space and large communal gardens. The Albatros urbanization is just 5 min. from the beach and 1 minute from Los Moriscos golf course. In addition, it has tennis and paddle courts, swimming pools, social club ... within the urbanization itself. The pool is only open: JUNE 15-30: DAILY SCHEDULE 11:00 H - 15: 00H and 17: 00H – 20: 00H. JULY 1 TO AUGUST 20: DAILY SCHEDULE 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and FROM 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM.
