Villa La Aldaba, encantadora villa repleta de personalidad, con vista panorámica al mar y piscina privada desbordante. 60% descuento en estancias de larga duración entre Octubre y Marzo.

La Aldaba fue edificada con sumo cuidado y cariño por sus propietarios, que con sus manos dispusieron cada detalle para que esta majestuosa villa tuviera un carácter cálido y acogedor como segunda vivienda. Una casa de ensueño hecha para sentirse como en tu propio hogar.

Hemos resumido aquí los elementos más destacables de la villa que harán que te decidas: Piscina desbordante privada, zona tranquila + vistas al mar, barbacoa, jardines, chimenea, calefacción radiante de suelo, aire acondicionado frío/calor, sala de juegos, garaje con capacidad para 4 coches, cocina totalmente equipada y lavandería. Capacidad para 8 personas. Para más detalles, ¡sigue deslizando hacia abajo o presta atención a los pie de foto!

Distribución del alojamiento:

PLANTA PRINCIPAL - 3 DORMITORIOS CON BAÑO EN SUITE, COMEDOR, SALÓN Y COCINA:

El dormitorio principal dispone de cama doble y un gran baño en suite con ducha y bañera, aire acondicionado frío/calor. Los otros dos dormitorios cuentan con dos camas cada uno (con posibilidad de unirse), y sus respectivos baños en suite están totalmente equipados. Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados.

Su acogedor salón cuenta con dos cómodos sofás, aire acondicionado frío/calor y un televisor. Su cocina está totalmente equipada además de contar con vitrocerámica, horno y lavavajillas. Tanto el salón como la cocina, tienen puertas acristaladas con acceso a las terrazas y a la piscina. El inmobiliario y los materiales de esta villa fueron escogidos y tratados con mimo por sus propietarios: suelos de barro, baños de mármol, paredes de piedra y cabe aún más destacar su interior compuesto por preciosos muebles de anticuario que hacen de ésta, una villa especial, una casa de ensueño hecha para sentirse como en tu propio hogar y de estancia totalmente recomendable.

PLANTA BAJA - 1 DORMITORIO, SALA DE JUEGOS Y LAVANDERÍA:

Se trata de un dormitorio con cama doble, baño anexo con bañera y vistas al jardín.

La lavandería cuenta con lavadora, secadora y plancha, tiene acceso a una terraza cubierta con jardín y a la piscina. En esta misma planta se encuentra la sala de juegos (mesa de billar, futbolín...) y una surtida biblioteca. Desde esta última podremos acceder al garaje de la planta inferior.

PLANTA DE GARAJE Y EXTERIORES - GARAJE, TERRAZAS, PISCINA PRIVADA Y JARDINES:

La villa dispone de un gran garaje cubierto, con capacidad para 4 vehículos y dos más al descubierto. La terraza principal esta totalmente cubierta y equipada con 3 sofás, una gran mesa familiar y sillas. Desde ésta tendremos acceso a la piscina. La barbacoa de gas la encontraremos en la terraza lateral (en conexión con la principal) equipada también con mesa y sillas. Ambas ofrecen una espectacular vista al mar.

La piscina es desbordante y con iluminación nocturna. Sus medidas son 10x4 con 1,50m a 2,20m de profundidad. Se encuentra situada junto una gran terraza equipada con 8 tumbonas y una zona chill out. Dispone a su vez de vestuario con baño completo, eliminando la necesidad de tener que acceder a la vivienda cuando estamos en la piscina.

La villa se encuentra edificada sobre una parcela de 1.750 m2 y se caracteriza por su estilo ibicenco y su esmerado cuidado del detalle; podrás observar puertas y rejas centenarias por todo el exterior de la casa, un cuidado jardín de estilo mediterráneo con pinos, olivos, árboles frutales y zonas de césped alrededor de toda la casa.

Estas tres plantas están comunicadas por una escalera interior.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
