Description

Mediterranean style villa with centenary gates and bars. Located in a quiet urbanization of Moraira (Costa Blanca), with capacity for 8 people. Built on a plot of 1,750 m2 and consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 + 1 bathrooms and a private pool. The villa is built with noble materials: mud floors, marble bathrooms and stone walls. The decoration is warm and very pleasant. It is distributed over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase: In the first is the dining room, the living room, a kitchen with office, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub. The other two bedrooms have two beds each, and their bathroom en suite. Both from the living room and from the kitchen you have access to two terraces (one of them covered). Both offer sea views and are equipped with a table, chairs and comfortable sofas. On the second floor there is an iron and laundry room with access to a covered terrace, as well as a last bedroom with double bed, with en suite bathroom with bathtub. Finally, there is the games room, which has a pool table, table football, a game table with chairs, a well-stocked library and a television. On the lower floor is the garage, with capacity for 4 vehicles. The pool of 10 x 4.50 is overflowing and with night lighting, is located next to a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and a chill out area. It also has changing rooms with full bathroom, eliminating the need to access the house when we are in the pool. The villa has a well-kept Mediterranean-style garden (accessed by an automatic sliding door) with pine trees, olive trees, fruit trees, etc ... as well as lawn areas around the house. Cleaning service and cook if desired.

How do damage deposits work?
