“Superb Villa!” We have just returned from a week at Casa De Paz and wish we were still there! The villa is excellent, exactly as described on this website. It is bright and spacious, the outside space is a real plus. We enjoyed many a BBQ on the terrace and soaked up the sun on the private roof area. Moraira is a short walk away where we found lots of excellent restaurants and authentic Spanish bars. When we arrived at the villa there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was a lovely touch, especially after our 6am flight! Ann was a pleasure to deal with on booking our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Could not have been better

Beautiful area, lovely views excellent villa,very homely everything you need. We took our children and grandchildren for 10 nights we had an amazing time could nt fault the villa but you do need a car and we did have difficulty finding the villa so you would need your sat nav but we'll worth it when you get there would certainly recommend it plenty of space inside the villa … see more

Relaxing family holiday in a not so comercialised Spanish town

We had a lovely two week holiday at Casa Zenia with our two children (age 4 and 2) and their Granny. The villa is in a great location in the village of El Portet and is only a few minutes walk to a small sandy beach which is ideal for small children as they can run in and out of the sea and play in the sand safely. The town of Moraira is a 15 min walk from the villa and had a good selection of bars and restaraunts without being overly commercialised. All the restaraunts were very child friendly. There were a good selection of local supermarkets although realistically a car is necessary to get to them. Casa Zenia can be found up quite a steep hill which was not an issue for us but could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The villa is situated within its own self contained substantial plot which is kept beautifully and again felt very safe for small children to be able to run around. The pool is fantastic and one of the best we have ever had, our children loved the small children's paddling pool and had hours of fun in it. The upstairs self contained room is lovely and worked really well for us as Granny was able to have some space to herself. The owners were very good in terms of communication with us right from the start when we enquired about the villa. The paperwork sent through about the villa was very thorough and the directions to the villa were very good, we found the villa straight away (unlike other places we have been where directions have been vague). Lovely villa

Very well equipped and in an ideal location just a short walk to local beaches and Moraira. The pool is 2 mins away. Modern decor, very clean and tidy, with lots of outside space. We spent many happy hours on the balcony and in the lower seated area. There is also a roof terrace and a small sitting area outside the front door. So there is always sunshine or shade available throughout the day. Oasis restaurant just down the road is excellent value with good food and friendly service. This apartment had everything we needed.The views and location are by far the best we have had in 8 visits to this area.The owners Karen & Geoff were excellent.From start to finish there was a quick response to any questions & help we needed.The apartment is modern and very well presented.The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in but we generally choose to eat out in the evening in the many restaurants in Moraira. It is 10-15minutes walk with great views along the way.The lovely beach is just below the apartment.There is a bakery/general store directly across the road next to a pharmacy. I would highly recommend renting this apartment to any of my friends & family. … see more

Great holiday in villa gallici

This villa is perfect for a group of friends or couples. It is very well equipped both inside and out! The bedrooms each have air conditioning that works! I would highly recommend this villa for a chill out relaxing holiday. The views from the villa are fabulous and it’s set in a quiet residential area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach of El Portet and a further 10-15 minute walk along a beautiful coastline to Moraira. We did not hire a car but the taxi service to Moraira where the best restaurants are located was excellent and was only €10 for 4 persons sharing (one way). … see more
