Travel to the north end of the coastline to Tio Ximo and Almadrava, two beaches that are ideal for those who want to dive or swim at a more peaceful pace. Bask in the sun and enjoy the soft waves - this beach was made for doing nothing much at all. Head south of Levante and you’ll stumble upon the popular Poniente beach, where the sun shines all day, all year-round.

From cabaret to comedy, bustling nightclubs to upmarket cocktail bars, no two nights are ever the same in Benidorm. Fun and frolics can be found at every turn.

There’s also a wide range of restaurants offering cuisine from across the globe. Food enthusiasts will love Tapas Alley and the pretty street of Santo Domingo.

Don’t forget the nearby theme, water and animal parks, too - perfect for keeping the kids happy for hours on end. Golf fanatics will also be pleased: Benidorm has three golf courses, ranging from a championship 18-hole to a 9-hole pitch and putt.

Benidorm’s Old Town, with its cobbled streets and tapas bars, is a favourite with families visiting for the weekend. Plus, the three plazas of Santa Ana, Castelar and Castell offer breathtaking views of both beaches and the resort’s impressive skyline.
