This is the ideal place to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular views over Moraira and El Portet and also enjoy the spectacular firework displays that are a regular feature of the many fiestas Moraira celebrates.

The handsome formal dining area leads through to the fully fitted kitchen which has every appliance you require including a Gas Range cooker, Microwave oven ,dishwasher and the all important Tassimo coffee machine. The kitchen leads onto the rear courtyard which gives access to the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and a second large fridge.

The spacious master bedroom, stylishly furnished provides an oasis of tranquility leading through to a huge en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle with overhead rain shower and hand held attachment, toilet, sink, heated towel rail etc.

There are two further twin rooms with one having it's own sea view terrace with chairs and bistro table and overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. Both of these bedrooms have a good selection of built in wardrobes. There is a newly refurbished shower room on this level with large walk in shower with overhead rain shower and hand held attachment, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

Outside this lovely villa there is another terrace which is ideal for Al fresco evening suppers, with a Spanish Barbeque and an attractive granite water feature. Furnished with dining table and six chairs the views from this upper terrace are very pretty looking down to the sea. There are also sun loungers on this terrace.

The extra large kidney shaped, floodlit swimming pool with roman steps has its own poolside shower and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens (floodlit at night) with a fantastic variety of Meditteranean palms, shrubs, cacti, flowers and citrus trees. Sun beds surround the pool and there is yet a further area with table, six chairs and a large sun-umbrella for snacks and drinks by the poolside. There is a poolside utility room and a poolside toilet.

This beautiful villa will provide the ideal base for your holiday in the beautiful town of Moraira.

The nearest beach, bars, restaurants, shops are a 5 minute stroll away.

The Valencian Country region

The Northern Costa Blanca is green and mountainous. Moraira does not have high-rise apartment blocks unlike many areas of Spain.

There is plenty to do in this area for families: a 30 minute drive will take you to the Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura Zoo and Water Park, Mundomar Marine Park, the Vergel Safari Park to name but a few.

Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums. Take time for a day trip inland to visit mountain villages and to enjoy the fantastic countryside and beautiful views of Northern Costa Blanca.

Moraira

Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between Javea and Calpe. Its coastline extends for 8 kilometers with a selection of fine sandy beaches and the occasional rocky inlet. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each) with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.

The two main local gently-shelving sandy beaches, awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness, are well tended and very safe for family bathing.

Other local leisure facilities include 3 large Golf courses, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding, go-kart racing tracks for both adults and children, a small fairground and three good night-clubs for all ages. There are many good quality restaurants, including 8 Michelin restaurants in the immediate area with three of them being star rated and not expensive either.

For the shoppers there are wonderful markets in Moraira, Teulada, Calpe and the surrounding area;shop for your local vegetable produce or buy clothes,leather goods, shoes, holiday gifts etc.

Theme parks like Terra Mitaca, Terra Natura and Aqualandia are located in and around Benidorm which is about 35 minutes drive.

“You will love staying in this villa”

Beautiful views, comfortable well equipped villa with super pool, gorgeous garden with fruit trees. I would recommend this home from home for a lovely holiday, and hope to return again regularly.

This Villa has it all - space- comfort-and Great Views! whilst quiet it has local food stores and a small beach area. Plus a section of restaurants for all tastes!!

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I just had to say afew words to express our thanks to Linda for allowing us to stay at her wonderful villa. The villa is without doubt a stunning property, the outside comprises of two large balcony's with stunning views over the med, a large BBQ patio area with shaded eating area extensive gardens with lemon and lime trees a must for cocktails! and where better to enjoy them than on a Lilo floating on a large crystal clear swimming pool? Moving Inside , all areas are fully air conditioned, there is a large living and dining room with a well equipped kitchen adjacent, the master bedroom is ensuite (and huge!) while downstairs two twin rooms (one with its own balcony) and a family shower room. More than enough space for a large family and beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. The pool was a real highlight large and deep perfect for practicing snorkelling or floating on a Lilo! The pool area has loads of furniture perfect for relaxing and even boasts its own utility area and toilet. All in all a superb base for your holiday. Linda couldn't have been more helpful and her communications with us were exemplary. I can honestly say this villa was beyond reproach look no further and book it you won't be disappointed !
