Description

Our beautifully restored holiday home. Quality furnishings throughout. Fully equipped Kitchen. Hard drive loaded with films, kids, comedy and action. Great location and sea view. High up on the hill. Private pool 16ft x 8ft, not the largest, please see pictures. Private garden with outdoor shower and a wonderful garden full of palms,various plants and flowers. Barbecue, morning terrace and additional cosy outdoor round dining table with 4 chairs.

Note* We have stone steps from the road entrance down to the front door, approximately 8 steps. Pool is on the same level as the bedrooms and lounge, lower level, or from upstairs using the exterior steps. An interior spiral staircase links the upper and lower levels.

House layout: Level one. Outdoor terrace, round table and seating, Barbecue area, Dining room, Kitchen, Bedroom with two single beds, Bathroom, Balcony morning terrace with views. Level 2 (downstairs) Lounge, Double bedroom 1, double bedroom 2, Bathroom, Pool, Pool area, Loungers, table, chairs and main garden.

Getting around

It is easy to get around Moraira, Benissa and the roads are generally quiet and well maintained. There is ample parking around too. A car is highly recommend when staying at our house. We have had guests just use a taxi to and from Moraira and the villa and spend time mainly at the villa.

Additional note for mobility concerns: Hanging Gardens is a multi level property. We have a spiral staircase down to lower level and also stone steps down from the road to our door and also steps down to the pool.

“perfect retreat in the the sun”

We booked Hanging Gardens Villa in 2015, looking through the description and photos we were excited at visiting and when we arrived we were not dissapointed. we corresponded with Martin the owner, who isnt the quickest at repl;ying but we all have busy lives and when he did, he was very very helpful in all our questions, the information and directions to the villa were excellent. the Villa itself is perched near the top of a hill overlooking the coast between Moraira and Calpe, the property is exactly as described on the website, the distance to town was a good ten minutes in car so is essential we wouldnt hesitate in recommending this villa for a holiday and will return one day
