Renovated 2 bedroomed apartment located just minutes walk to Montpellier Saint Roch train station and the old medieval town. Situated in one of the first residential settlements built in the 1950's, with the apartment located on the ground floor of a two story detached house.

The area is exceptionally quiet and all local conveniences are within walking distance. For those with a car, parking is possible outside the property with daily rate of no more than 2€ ( Sundays and Bank Holidays are free). Access to the main motorway, the A9, is simple enabling visits to the rest of the region with ease. The apartment has its own section of the garden allowing you to relax and unwind at your leisure.

The interieur is fitted for your comfort and all modern conveniences, including air cooling, are provided to make your stay feel like a « home from home ». As well as the TV, we have installed Netflix for those who wish to watch a film or series in English or French and there is also

You can cook using the facilitates available including an outside barbecue, or venture into the town to try the large selection of restaurants and bars.

There is plenty to do and see in the town including visiting museums, historical buildings and sites; for example le musée Fabre, la promenade royale du Peyrou and the botanical gardens. For children there is the Zoo, which is free to enter and is situated on an 80 hectare site and home to over 750 animals and 145 species. There is also the Odysseum with houses a bowling alley, an indoor karting circuit, an indoor climbing wall and the aquarium. If you have had enough of the beach and wish to stay in the centre but want a swim, you can visit the olympic swimming pool in Antigone, which has a roof that opens in the summer.

It is possible to enjoy a short break here without a car given the property's closeness to the old town. Should you wish to venture further, the tram offers the possibility to visit the nearby beaches or the out of town shopping centre (Odysseum). If you are more adventurous, you can take the train to nearby spots such as the fishing town of Sète or the Roman town of Nimes. The are also various bus routes that will take you other resorts such as La Grande Motte or the forted medieval town of Aigues Morte.

For those who like to cycle, there is the possibility of hiring bikes at various posts around the town at reasonable rates. This allows you to discover areas such as Maguelone or Lattes which are nature reserves on salt lakes. Perfect for bird watchers or nature lovers.

“Vacances ensoleillé et detente”

Dès notre arrivée Tracy et Fabrice nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux ,nous nous somme tout de suite senti comme chez nous, leurs aides et conseils (guide pratique très bien organisé,boutique ,lieux a visité ,activité ,magasin le plus proche etc.. ) ont rendu notre séjours très agréable.comme dit dans un précédent avis le logement correspond effectivement en tout point au descriptif et photos,moderne , bien équipé (barbecue ,climatisation ,lave linge,lave vaisselle,grande douche, couchage super, enfin tout confort....au top ) ce logement convient très bien pour un séjour en famille, en amoureux ou entre amis .une surprise ça localisation idéal a peine 5 minute de la gare . Pour finir nous recommandons fortement ce logement .merci Tracy et Fabrice pour votre accueil à bientôt .
