Welcome to this cosy and comfortable apartment in 5 Terre .

I rent a nice holiday apartment , ccomfortable and kept with care in Monterosso .

This cosy holiday apartment is a cosy and characteristic place that offers to you the feeling of living in a typical apartment of Monterosso.

The apartment is clean, well maintained, furnished with care and attention to offer a perfect base for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment has a private courtyard equipped with table and chairs for eating and relaxing outside.

I offer a free PARKING SPACE, suitable for one medoum size car , long up to 4 meters and 30 cm

The apartment has all you can need for a comfortable stay .

I live close by the apartment and during your stay I will be always available and reachable, so in case of need I am available for you.

I provide fresh linen and towels, hairdryer, soap / gel shower / shampoo , toilet paper.

Apartment is made up by 1 comfortable doublebedroom, living room where it is possible to add 1 or 2 extra single beds according with number of guests when you book, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private courtyard equipped with table and chairs for eating and relaxing outisde.

The apartment is suitable both for families with small children and baby stroll, couples and quiet friends who love to discover and enjoy Monterosso and the Cinque Terre area.

It is a comfortable 1st floor plan in a condominium where local families live, there are only 5 steps to get in so it is very convenient.

You will have the feeling of living like a alocal, in a quiet residential area close by good restaurants, grocery stores, the beautiful promenade on the water, bars , stores.

The apartment is also very convenient for the train station that is al only 5 minutes walking (ONLY flat street, very convenient also for families with baby stroll )

In the same street of the apartment there are grocery store, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, laundry service.

At only few steps from the apartment (flat and easy street), there is the beautiful promenade on the sea and the small square , beautiful sandy beaches and the sea, souvenier shops and children play area.

The apartment has a private courtyard equipped with table and chairs for relaxing yourself after spending the day hiking the 5 terre footpath, lying on the beach.

I provide a free parking space, for 1 medium size car, long at maxium 4 meters and 40 cm.

Please note that :

the city all of Monterosso has introduced the city tax.

The city tax is Euro 2,00 x person x night , only for the first 3 nights of the stay.

City tax is NOT included in the apartment rate , guests pay city tax upon arrival in cash .

City tax is NOT applied at children under 12 years old

**There is a tax stamp payment in cash of 2 Euro your arrival day, necessary to fill in guests invoice***

I remember to my Guest this year is necessary a validated green pass I will do the check in myself and I will show you your holiday apartment If you desire I will be very glad to give you information about the area, how getting around , what to see, where to eat I will provide an hiking map, boat schedule and train time table During your stay I will be easily available in case of need * Please note, in Monterosso there is CITY TAX , not included in apartament costs.
