Location description from owner

The Umbria region

Todi is a picturesque medieval hill town surrounded by medieval, Roman and Etruscan walls. Its central piazza, the original Roman forum, has several beautiful buildings from the 13th century, restaurants, theatre and antique shops. Other Tourist towns wait in all directions, including Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi.

The Umbria Region is host of many annual festivals including a jazz festival and the famous Eurochocolate tasting festival in Perugia, Calendimaggio festival in Assisi and Art Festival in Todi, just to name a few.

A holiday at Le-Logge offers many possibilities. Days of peace and tranquillity at the villa or exploration of the many hill top towns and Italy's beautiful Cities.

Montenero

Todi is a town and commune of the province of Perugia in central Italy. It is perched on a tall two-crested hill overlooking the east bank of the river Tiber, commanding distant views in every direction.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, banks within 10mins drive from the property.

Todis restaurant and dining scene is as varied as ever. The restaurateurs focus on great value and tasty food, interesting concepts, brilliant wine lists and the overall experience of dining in Italy.

The area around the Villa offers vast roads which crosses farmlands and offering unending wonderful walking possibilities. Stride across windswept cliff tops, stroll through historic villages or escape into peaceful woodland. Feel your senses come alive at the fresh smell of the wind coming from the hilltop or ambling ripe lanes past vineyards and olive fields. Enjoy uplifting views over wide, open landscapes and play hide-and-seek with the kids in the fields.

Other activities nearby include- Water sport, equesterian centre, vineyards and wineries, parks, culture and monuments.

“Great Stay in a beautiful place”

Reviewed 17 Feb 2014

We arrived at Le Logge in the late afternoon and immmediatly we remained astonished from the amazing view and the beauty of the guest house. At our arrival the owners were very kind and offered us a typical welcome drink, and a lot of useful suggestions for our vacation! We spent one week relaxing in the very comfortable pool, long walks in the surrounding areas of the house and short trips to the numerous and very nice small villages typical of the umbria's country side (spoleto, assisi, todi, bevagna and many more). The guest house is very comfortable with a lot of spaces, clean, and with everything you need for a magnific stay.

“Definitely a must-see”

Stunning location in the heart of Umbria region. Conveniently located to reach Assisi, Todi, Orvieto and Rome. Beautiful landscapes, relaxing and charming atmosphere. Awesome rooms and incredible breakfast. Definitely a place to visit!!!

“Incredibly relaxing”

Reviewed 17 Mar 2013

We were at le Le Logge in summer and we really enjoyed everything of it. The location is sensational, the pool is fantastic and it can be enjoyed from morning to late evening. There is a lovely pergola with barbecue and wood oven and we enjoyed every meal of the day eating al fresco. The house is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The view from the house is fantastic. We were also able to take long walks in the country and visit a few Despite the hot summer temperature the House was quite cool and so was the garden with plenty of trees and shade. There is a game room with a sophisticated pool table and a soccer table.

Thanks for the kind comment. Nice to know you had a great time. We are pleased to share with our guests the beauty and comfort LeLogge has to offer.
