The property sleeps 7 +1 cot and it comprises of 3 floors of well appointed accommodation. The interior is tastefully furnished with antique furniture with all the modern comfort.

The Villa grounds is also suitable for push chair and wheel chair access around the Gardens and the ground floor using the slopes.The property is suitable for a family or people looking to share.

Ground floor:Two double bedrooms, fully fitted bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. The rooms have French doors giving access to the garden area.First floor:Living room with sofa, 32" LCD TV, DVD, wireless broadband, fully fitted kitchen/diner including fridge freezer, sink, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery, and a fully fitted guest toilet. Windows giving access to a spectacular country side view. Second floor:Two large double bedrooms, fully fitted bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. Bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds (put together as a Double bed). Windows giving access to a spectacular view of surrounding country side. The infinity swimming pool (15m X 5m in size, 1.3m - 1.7m depth, and opened all year round) is surrounded by a manicured lawned, flowered and shady garden. The games room which is attached to the property is furnished with a full sized billiard table, table football, patio to the gardens and a covered pergola area which has a fixed BBQ, wood pizza oven and patio furniture for outside entertainment, offering a superb view of the Umbrian town of Todi, while enjoying the gentle breeze coming from the hills. This property is located on a complex with another property. The main building is occasionally used by the discreet owners for vacations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pete (the owner) a message.

If Pete (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
