A Monopoli, in Murat area, a few steps from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, from the beautiful old town and the sea, two brand new apartments Holiday home with separate entrances. In the case of a family or a group, there is the possibility of making the two units one apartment to enjoy the beautiful indoor garden. All recently renovated, and equipped with all comforts, are part of the ground floor of an ancient palace of 1826, at that time Via Milord, now via G.Polignani, two wonderful housing solutions for your holidays. The apartment "Milord" has an area 45 square meters. E 'consists of a living room / kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful private garden / orchard. The living room is bright, the high ceilings, and is equipped with comfortable sofa, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric oven, coffee machine with capsule "Nespresso", flat screen TV. hot / cold air conditioning, free wifi, flat screen television. In the bedroom is a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and if necessary, upon request, a children's cot up to 6 years. The bathroom is large and comfortable with sink, bidet, shower, hairdryer. Also for your relaxation it is attached a beautiful private garden of about 80 square meters where there are fragrant citrus trees. This solution is ideal for 2/3 people with private entrance from Via G.Polignani 21. The daily prices are per 2 persons. They are included in the price for the period of stay: - 1 "starter kitchen kits"; - 1 "starter toiletries kit"; - 1 change of sheets and towels in mid-week stay; - 2 capsules for Nespresso machine per day per person; - Tea bags, camomile. It not included in the price: - final cleaning of € 40.00; - The excessive consumption of electric energy; - And everything not mentioned. They not included in the price and are payable on site: - the tourist tax of the municipality of Monopoli of € 1.00 per day per person (Not applicable to children under 6 years). - Any private parking lot for the car, to be booked in advance.

You are at the center of the city. Therefore if you arrive with your car once parked, you can move on foot or by public transport. When you want to visit other places nearby, such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni, Matera and other beautiful locations, there are several possibilities, as well by public transport, rent bicycles, scooters, cars, boats, etc. etc..
