Little lodge offering a contemporary stylish accommodation in Mersea Island in the form of a large double bedroom, luxurious bathroom & open plan lounge and kitchen/diner. Outside a small courtyard area and parking.

Located in the anchorage area of West Mersea you are only a five-minute walk from the sea, Company shed, yacht club and local cafes.

Mersea island has so much to offer from couples to family alike with beautiful walks along the estuary to walks through the village, water sports including sailing, paddle boarding, boat trips and crabbing. Lots of restaurants and cafes including the famous Oyster Bar or you may want to source local produce from the village shops.

Little Lodge is a totally self-contained Annex attached to Backwater Lodge with its own private entrance. This tucked-away little gem has been designed to give all those home comforts and luxury at the same time.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
