The Perfect Family Fun-House!

A luxuriously family-friendly modern property with ample accommodation situated in the hillside town of Menaggio known as Croce, on the central western lakeshore of Lake Como.

This property is ideal for a family getaway and offers a fully-fitted contemporary style Kitchen, an Open-Plan Living/Dining area with home comforts and Entertainment such as Sat TV, DVD Player, WiFi, CD Player and Ipod docking station to hand.

The extremely comfortable and luxurious Accommodation can sleep upto 8 Guests and consists of 3 King Size Beds, 1 set of Bunk Beds and 1 additional Baby cot, and all but 1 bedroom enjoys stunning lake views from the elevated position on the hillside.

A modern Showeroom and Bathroom will ensure each guest can choose their desired bathing facility, as well as being able to take a paddle in the outside pool; if the children haven't already discovered it!

The sunny garden with Terrace, outside Pool and BBQ will all add to an enjoyable and memorable stay in this beautifully fitted and decorated property with breathtaking mountain and lake views.

The situation of the property is also highly desirable for Golfers due to the world-famous 'Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club', which is one of the oldest and most picturesque Golf Clubs in all of Europe.

Menaggio town centre is the perfect place to begin exploring from and can be reached by car within just 6 minutes. All the local amenities desired are available in the town including supermarkets, bakery and a wide variety of general shops. The resort town also offers Boutique designer shops, a selection of pretty cafes which you will find in the lakeside Piazza and along the charming streets, the popular Lido di Menaggio with family friendly facilities including beach huts, beach, Swimming pools, Jungle-jiim and Volleyball. There is also a convenient passenger and car Ferry service which operates between the most famous Lakeside towns including Bellagio which offers many craft and designer shops, Varenna which offers romantic scenery, famous Castello, cafes and bars, and Tremezzo which offers Villa Carlotta with its beautiful gardens; one of the true showcases of Lake Como.We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy.Rentals' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per stay, High Chair - EU 15 per stay, Push Chair - EU 25 per stay, Camp Bed – EU 85 per stay, Wi-Fi - EU 35 per stay. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
