New, fully refurbished and exclusively designed 4 bedroom house with a private pool, situated in the elegant area of the south of Gran Canaria called Meloneras. The house is no more than a short walking distance to the beach, best bars, restaurants, boutiques or various spas of nearby 5* hotels. Not to forget the sea promenade with the best boutiques and cafe´s in the south of Gran Canaria.

If you like to enjoy luxury in a peaceful place, without being isolated from the outside world, this is the holiday home to stay in. The house counts on fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge +freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. Living room equipped with DVD, satellite TV, iPod docking station and wifi.

Please be aware that the fourth bathroom (to use if 8 people in the party) is in the basement of the villa , close to the fitness and Sauna room.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SAUNA ROOM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS.

Pool Features

Rectangle-shaped style, roman steps with railings to access the pool, poolside shower, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 7 metres long, 2,5 metres wide and 1,5 metres deep.

*** A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

*** One dog is allowed with a 100€ fee for the whole duration of the stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
