The villa has an entrance and the fenced plot with front yard and patio. The patio seating has recently been redesigned in the style of the country and grounds. The bold blue in the mosaic stripes in the urban natural stone slabs of floor continues in the fences and screens at the property's borders. In the garden, the automatic irrigation system ensures that the avocado tree bears fruit and the purple hazel barely allows a view of the fences and walls. A green oasis where you can save the sunshade. Likewise, the paved area with the lawns in the patio. The seat invites you to eat, have a barbecue or read a book. The salon was equipped in 2017 with stylish furniture where you can chill or just enjoy the media landscape with Smart SAT TV with German, English, French and many more and of course national programs. With a Bluetooth speaker, you can import your home station or play your personal playlist. The dining area is designed as an American bar will rarely be exchanged for the dining areas outdoors but it offers a practical alternative for the Cafestio or the Desayuno. The kitchen also allows to cook on holiday to the favorite dishes. The ceramic hob under the powerful air vent is as practical as the oven for cooking domestic or domestic dishes. It's faster in the microwave oven. A fridge freezer is as big as at home. The kettle, the toaster, the coffee maker is just as much as the hand blender with extensive accessories. There is a complete cooking and eating utensils. A shower room with WC complements the ground floor as a guest WC / shower. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms each with 2 box spring beds with the highest sleeping comfort. The bedding is equipped with down. The bed linen fine cotton. Several pillows will satisfy the individual needs of the guests. A large built-in wardrobe with drawers, hanging options and the associated hangers is sufficient for longer stays. A dressing table in the bedroom can also be used as a desk. The bathroom is equipped with washing area, toilet, bidet and shower room. The complete facilities were newly equipped in 2017 with German fittings and a shower with glass wall and large shower head. A All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with emergency power and room alarms.
