Villa Desiderata is situated in a quiet residential area and within the village's high street ( 1 km ) where one will be able to find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes that cater to everyone's tastes, styles, and budgets. The villa shares the pool with just 2 other units of ( 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom apartment) but each is furnished with its own patio furniture, sun loungers, and space. the villa is located overlooking the sea and valley views in these exclusive residential areas with the owner living independently on the upper level making sure that the guests will have a relaxing and trouble-free holiday experience. Each villa apartment enjoys a spacious fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and adequate seating indoors as well outdoors. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned ( coin-operated ) with plenty of space also to add the necessary extra bed ( if required ). Mellieha hosts Malta's main beaches with easy access to the various towns and villages as well as to Gozo and Comino's Blue Lagoon ferries. Adequate public transport service on the island with the bus stops located nearby. Taxis can also be easily arranged through us.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
