Description

Our Villa is located close to the sea, offering a clear view on the sea and islands.
Our house have 8 apartments,every apartment have big terrace,living room,bedroom,kitchen and bathroom.
On the ground floor there is an indoor pool with a beautiful view on the islands Brac and Hvar.
Below the house is a private beach and rustical garden with grill.
Marusici is a perfect place to spend holiday for those who would like to rest after a rush and stressful life in sleepy Dalmatian atnosphere.
Marusici are small and quiet place, ideal for rest and relaxation.

“What a great place!”

This is an absolutely lovely apartment! It has, as per previous reviews, got outstanding views but it is so much more than that. The very good price includes indoor pool (with lovely panoramic views), sauna and gym equipment, we had use of bikes (x2) paddle boards, kayaks, small boat and I think if we had asked the jet ski!! There was a lot of snorkeling equipment for guests use down on the private beach area!! The whole garden area down to the small beach front is either landscaped very tastefully or in the process of being done. Yes there are a lot of steps so sadly probably not that good for anyone with mobility problems Parking is easy and partially shaded. We loved the local beach as well which is down quite a few steps but is definitely worth it, there is also an off road walk into Pisak (30 mins?) which is well worth doing for the views and the 2/3 nice little restaurants Ana and Joseph and are both really friendly and they gave us some food in the fridge when we arrived and a lovely bottle of cherry liqueur when we left!! We cannot recommend this place highly enough,if you are in the area make sure you stay here!

What a beautiful place! Ana and her family made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. Perfect location for rest and relaxation. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Sollis, very easy drive from Split to the villa and there are local supermarkets and a couple of restaurants nearby. Had everything we wanted. Book it, you won’t regret it

“Lovely place with incredible views”

The apartment was perfect, very clean, tidy, smells nice. The view was absolutely incredible, so peaceful and beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony where you have a table with some chairs, so a perfect spot for an evening glass of wine. Ana and her husband were lovely and welcomed us with a bottle of wine on the day of our arrival. The building has it's own private beach with hammacs and a couple of good cliffs to jump of. The owners have a boat and a kayak, so would be a good activity for the day, however we didn't get a chance to use them. The town of Marusici is very small and not much to do there, but nearby town Omis had lots of activities, such as climbng, river cruise, zipline, various boat and hiking tours. Overall very happy with our stay and thank you again to the owners, your place is great! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

How do damage deposits work?
