The holiday home "Trulli The Four Pines" is situated in a scenic area in the beautiful countryside of Martina Franca in the Itria Valley. E 'it surrounded by two hectares of land cultivated with fodder and surrounded by an oak forest. The property, recently renovated, is composed of an apartment in the characteristic Trulli organized open-space with kitchen and bathroom that can accommodate 4 people; another apartment with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom for 3 people and a bedroom with bathroom. Outside swimming pool, parking, large yard, patio, terrace, lawn, all equipped to dine out or simply enjoy relaxation. Guests will be greeted with a welcome buffet with typical products from Puglia. Our host's policy is to grant exclusivity to our guests, which is why the minimum number of guests required is 4. "Trulli the Four Pines" is located just 4 km from the center of Martina Franca and a few kilometers from other interesting locations. The sea is just a half hour drive. Even in the autumn or winter holiday in the countryside is very pleasant, the rooms are heated and in an apartment there is also a wood-burning fireplace, also over Christmas in the neighboring town you can see the most beautiful living cribs of Puglia

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alessandra (the owner) a message.

    If Alessandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
