If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, our sunny apartment is the perfect vacation property for you.

It is 10 minutes away from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars that surround the picturesque village's bay. This property is located on the third floor and served with a lift.

Near the apartment there are various shops; like supermarkets, the butcher, confectionery and even a pharmacy. There is also a mini-market (100 meter away) ,which is open till late at night.

The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests.

MAIN BEDROOM with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite.

SECOND BEDROOM with a double bed. These two bedrooms have got air-conditions and ceiling fans.

THIRD BEDROOM has got a single bed and a balcony with outdoor furniture that enjoys stunning sea view. This balcony is perfect to dine alfresco late in the evenings, or better, having breakfast while enjoying the magnificent view of sunrise over the sun kissed waves.

The Bathroom is very spacious and luxuriously finished with a bath. One can also find a washing machine and hair dryer.

Kitchen combined with dining and living area: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer , microwave , toaster ,coffee machine and electric kettle. It is also well supplied with pots and pans , glasses and cups, dinning plates and cutlery.

The living area is air-conditioned too with cable TV (32inch LCD TV) with various channels , FREE wireless internet ,phone with FREE local calls and sofa. The living area has got a balcony with outdoor furniture too.

Other features that complement our apartment: Drying area ( in the balcony) , full length mirrors , iron and iron board.

FREE SERVICES: Free welcome pack ( wine , milk , water , Maltese bread and cheese spread , tea , coffee , sugar and other Maltese delicacies) ,two electrical adapters , beach towels , towels and bed linen ,Free 24/7 call support and cot on request.

CONDITIONS: This property is a Non Smoking. Guests under eighteen years old should be accompanied by at least one adult.

Reluctantly pets are not allowed and the rooms are all non- smoking .

The use of electricity , ( air-conditions included ) are also included in the rental rates for a maximum of 3 Euro( 15 units ) per night. This usually will be enough to cover the cost of the electric consumption during your stay and only in rare circumstances one had to top up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins , utilizing an automated electricity meter. Extra units will be charged at 20 cent euro per unit (1000kwh).
